CondorZen Concepts Apps

Install help

Our apps are distributed privately, so your phone asks a couple of extra questions the first time.

Android

  1. Open the app's page here in Chrome (or your usual browser) and tap Download for Android.
  2. When the download finishes, tap Open.
  3. The first time, Android says installing from this source isn't allowed. Tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, then press back.
  4. Tap Install. If Google Play Protect warns about an unknown app, tap More details → Install anyway.
  5. To update, install the newer version the same way. Your data is kept.

Work profile? If your phone is managed by the company, IT may need to allow installs for the work browser.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Open the app's page in Safari and tap Install on iPhone, then Install in the pop-up.
  2. Go to the Home Screen and watch the icon download.
  3. If opening it says Untrusted Enterprise Developer: open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, tap the CondorZen developer profile, and tap Trust. You only do this once.
  4. If iOS asks for Developer Mode (Ad Hoc builds on iOS 16+): Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Mode, turn it on, and restart.
  5. Nothing happens when you tap Install? Make sure you're in Safari (not an in-app browser) and that the link isn't more than a few hours old. Reload the page and try again.

Ad Hoc builds only install on iPhones that IT has registered. If yours isn't registered, ask IT to add its UDID.
